１１月２日現地時間午後4時２０分、リサはベリーズの海岸沿い、ベリーズシティから南西約 10 マイル （１６キロ）のシブン川河口近くに上陸。衛星画像とレーダー画像で確認された。 
最大風速は85mph(39m/s) 、中心気圧は 990hPa（29.24inch） と推定される。

Satellite imagery and radar data indicate that Lisa has made landfall along the coast of Belize, near the mouth of the Sibun River, about 10 miles southwest of Belize City around 420 PM CDT (2120 UTC). The maximum sustained winds are estimated to be 85 mph (140 km/h), and the minimum central pressure is estimated to be 990mb (29.24 inches).
