大雨に関する九州北部地方（山口県を含む）気象情報 第3号 2023年07月05日05時15分 福岡管区気象台発表 九州北部地方では、５日夜のはじめ頃にかけて土砂災害に厳重に警戒し、低い土地の浸水、河川の増水や氾濫に警戒してください。 前線を伴った低気圧が朝鮮半島にあって東北東へ進んでいます。低気圧は日本海を東北東に進み、低気圧からのびる前線が５日夜にかけて対馬海峡から九州北部地方を南下する見込みです。前線に向かって、暖かく湿った空気が流れ込むため、大気の状態が不安定となるでしょう。 九州北部地方では、これまでの大雨により広い範囲で地盤が緩んでいます。５日夕方にかけて雷を伴った激しい雨や非常に激しい雨が降るため、土砂災害の危険度が高くなる見込みです。 ＜雨の予想＞ ５日に予想される１時間降水量は、いずれも多い所で、 山口県 ４０ミリ 福岡県 ５０ミリ 佐賀県 ３０ミリ 長崎県 ４０ミリ 大分県 ６０ミリ 熊本県 ７０ミリ ５日６時から６日６時までに予想される２４時間降水量は、いずれも多い所で、 山口県 １２０ミリ 福岡県 １５０ミリ 佐賀県 ８０ミリ 長崎県 １００ミリ 大分県 １５０ミリ 熊本県 １８０ミリ ＜防災事項＞ 土砂災害に厳重に警戒し、低い土地の浸水、河川の増水や氾濫に警戒してください。また、落雷や突風に注意してください。

In the northern region of Kyushu, please exercise extreme caution against sediment disasters, as well as be vigilant about flooding and increased water levels and flooding of rivers, from the beginning of the evening on the 5th.
A low-pressure system accompanied by a front is currently located over the Korean Peninsula and moving northeast. The low-pressure system is expected to move east-northeast over the Sea of Japan, and the front extending from the low-pressure system is anticipated to descend southward over the northern region of Kyushu, starting from the Tsushima Strait during the evening of the 5th. Due to warm and moist air flowing towards the front, the atmospheric conditions are expected to become unstable.
In the northern region of Kyushu, the ground has become loose over a wide area due to the previous heavy rains. As intense rainfall accompanied by thunder is expected during the evening of the 5th, the risk of sediment disasters is expected to increase.<Expected Rainfall> The expected hourly rainfall on the 5th will be significant in the following areas: – Yamaguchi Prefecture: 40 mm – Fukuoka Prefecture: 50 mm – Saga Prefecture: 30 mm – Nagasaki Prefecture: 40 mm – Oita Prefecture: 60 mm – Kumamoto Prefecture: 70 mm
The expected 24-hour rainfall from 6:00 on the 5th to 6:00 on the 6th will be significant in the following areas:
- Yamaguchi Prefecture: 120 mm
- Fukuoka Prefecture: 150 mm
- Saga Prefecture: 80 mm
- Nagasaki Prefecture: 100 mm
- Oita Prefecture: 150 mm
- Kumamoto Prefecture: 180 mm
