台風１９号が発生

きょう午後、南シナ海にあった熱帯低気圧が台風１９号になった。
現在は西北西に時速約１５キロで進んでいて、あすにはベトナムに上陸する。日本への影響はない。
一方、南鳥島付近にある熱帯低気圧はあすまでに台風に発達する見込み。現在は北に進んでいるが次第に停滞し、来週にかけてあまり動かない。こちらも日本への影響はなさそう。

A tropical cyclone in the South China Sea became Typhoon No. 19 this afternoon. It is currently traveling west-northwest at a speed of about 15 kilometers per hour, and will land in Vietnam tomorrow. No impact on Japan.
On the other hand, the tropical cyclone near Minamitorishima is expected to develop into a typhoon by tomorrow. It is moving northward now, but it is gradually stagnating and will not move much until next week. This is also unlikely to affect Japan.
