台風1号が発生

・台風1号が２０日（木）にマーシャル諸島で発生
・２３日（日）にはトラック諸島で熱帯低気圧に変わる見込み

２０日（木）１５時、マーシャル諸島にあった熱帯低気圧が台風１号に。
２１日（金）午前９時現在、台風はゆっくりと西北西に進んでいる。
中心気圧は１０００ヘクトパスカル。中心付近の最大風速は２０メートル、最大瞬間風速は３０メートルで
中心から半径１６５キロ以内では風速１５メートル以上の強い風が吹いている。
台風はこの後もゆっくり西北西に進んで、２３日（日）にトラック諸島で熱帯低気圧に変わる見込み。

On the 20th at 3 p.m., a tropical depression located in the Marshall Islands developed into Typhoon No.1. As of 9 a.m. on the 21st, the typhoon is slowly moving northwestward with a central pressure of 1000 hectopascals. The maximum wind speed near the center is 20 m/s, and the maximum gust speed is 30 m/s. Strong winds with speeds of 15 m/s or more are blowing within a radius of 165 kilometers from the center. The typhoon is expected to continue moving slowly northwestward and become a tropical depression in the Truk Islands on the 23rd.
