出雲市などを含む島根県東部にけさ、線状降水帯が発生。一部で非常に激しい雨が降り、土砂災害の危険度が高まっている。 出雲市では午前７時４５分までに１時間に４７ミリの激しい雨、松江市では午前８時２８分までの１時間に３２ミリの激しい雨を観測。日本海にある梅雨前線に向かって湿った空気が流れ込み、大気の状態が非常に不安定になっており、梅雨末期の大雨になっている。午前１１時半現在、土砂災害警戒情報が、松江市、出雲市、大田市、安来市、雲南市、知夫村に出ている。 この雨で川が増水し、出雲市では道路の冠水も起きているようだ。出雲市と松江市の全域には警戒レベル４の「避難指示」が発令された。雨はこの後も断続的に降り続く見込みで、土砂災害、川の氾濫や増水、低い土地の浸水に厳重な警戒が必要だ。 午前１１時現在、降り始め（７日正午）からの総雨量は 松江市鹿島 １６７．０ミリ 出雲空港 １２７．５ミリ 出雲市芦渡町 １２４．５ミリ 松江市西津田 １１８．０ミリ 海士 １１６．５ミリ ８日に予想される１時間降水量は、いずれも多い所で、 東部 ５０ミリ 西部 ５０ミリ 隠岐 ４０ミリ ８日６時から９日６時までに予想される２４時間降水量は、いずれも多い所で、 東部 ２００ミリ 西部 １８０ミリ 隠岐 １８０ミリ
A linear rainband occurred this morning in the eastern part of Shimane Prefecture, including Izumo City. Intense rain has been observed in some areas, increasing the risk of landslides. In Izumo City, heavy rain of 47 mm per hour was recorded until 7:45 AM, and in Matsue City, heavy rain of 32 mm per hour was recorded until 8:28 AM. Moist air is flowing towards the front of the rainy season located in the Sea of Japan, causing the atmospheric conditions to become highly unstable, resulting in heavy rain in the late stage of the rainy season. As of 11:30 AM, there is a warning for potential landslides in Matsue City, Izumo City, Oda City, Yasugi City, Unnan City, and Chibu Village.
Due to this rain, rivers have swollen, and there are reports of road flooding in Izumo City. The entire areas of Izumo City and Matsue City are under a level 4 “evacuation order.” The rain is expected to continue intermittently, necessitating strict caution against landslides, river flooding and swelling, and low-lying areas flooding.
