台風13号　華中で熱帯低気圧に

奄美大島を暴風域に巻き込みながら通過して行った台風13号（バビンカ）は、１７日（火）に華中で熱帯低気圧になった。台風は１６日（月）朝に上海に上陸、上海を直撃した台風の中では過去７５年間で最も強い勢力となり航空便の運行などに影響が出た。

Typhoon No. 13 (Bebinca), which passed over Amami Oshima while bringing the region into its storm zone, weakened into a tropical depression over Central China on Tuesday, the 17th. The typhoon made landfall in Shanghai on the morning of Monday, the 16th, becoming the most powerful storm to hit the city in the past 75 years.
