台風２２号がフィリピンを直撃。甚大な被害も

大型の台風２２号がフィリピンを直撃して甚大な被害が出ている。
当局の発表では、洪水などによる被害でこれまでに４０人以上の死者が確認されている。
29日午後9時現在、中心気圧は９８５ヘクトパスカル、中心付近の最大風速は２５メートルで、フィリピンのほぼ半分が風速１５メートル以上の強風域に入っている。
台風は日曜日には南シナ海に進み、さらに発達を続ける見込み。予報円の中心を進んだ場合、木曜日にハイナン島付近に達する。

Officials said more than 40 people have been killed so far in the floods and other disasters.
At 9:00 pm on the 29th, the central pressure was 985 hPa and the maximum wind speed near the center was 25 m/s. Almost half of the Philippines is in a strong wind zone with wind speeds of 15 m/s or more.
The typhoon is expected to move into the South China Sea on Sunday and continue to intensify.. If it takes its course as forecast, it will reach Hainan Island on Thursday.
