９月１日（日）夜に台風11号がフィリピンの東で発生。２日（月）午後９時現在、ルソン島を通過中だ。
台風はこの後、発達しながら西寄りに進んで南シナ海を横断、７日（土）にハイナン島付近に達する見込み。
日本の気象庁とJTWC（アメリカ合同台風警報センター）の予想進路もほぼ一致している。日本への影響はない見込み。
On the night of Sunday, September 1st, Typhoon No. 11 formed east of the Philippines. As of 9:00 p.m. on Monday, September 2nd, it is currently passing over Luzon Island. The typhoon is expected to intensify as it continues to move westward, crossing the South China Sea and reaching the vicinity of Hainan Island on Saturday, September 7th.
The projected path of the typhoon, as forecasted by both the Japan Meteorological Agency and the Joint Typhoon Warning Center (JTWC) of the United States, is largely consistent. No impact on Japan is anticipated.
